Claim of US Patent No. 9,872,315

1. A wireless communication terminal comprising:
a transceiver; and
a processor,
wherein the processor is configured to:
receive a radio signal of a channel,
perform clear channel assessment (CCA) for the channel based on a received signal strength of the radio signal in reference
to a first threshold, and

determine whether the channel is busy based on the CCA,
wherein when BSS identifier information of the radio signal is same as BSS identifier information of the terminal and the
received signal strength of the radio signal is at or above the first threshold, the processor determines the channel is busy,
and

wherein when the BSS identifier information of the radio signal is different from the BSS identifier information of the terminal,
the processor determines whether the channel is busy based on both the first threshold and a second threshold, and

wherein the second threshold is set distinctly, by the terminal, from the first threshold.
