Claim of US Patent No. 9,832,914

1. A structure for shielding electromagnetic waves comprising:
an electromagnetic wave generator configured to generate electromagnetic waves;
a shielding structure configured to surround at least a portion of the electromagnetic wave generator; and
a metal layer provided on inner surfaces of upper and side portions of the shielding structure, the metal layer having a predetermined
surface roughness,

wherein the surface roughness of the inner surface of the upper portion of the shielding structure is in a range of 5.0 to
7.0 ?m, and the surface roughness of the inner surface of the side portion of the shielding structure is in a range of 0.1
to 3.0 ?m,

wherein the surface roughness of the upper portion of the shielding structure and the surface roughness of the side portion
of the shielding structure are different from each other, and

wherein the shielding structure has an electromagnetic wave shielding efficiency in a range of 72.1˜75.4 for electromagnetic
waves having a frequency band of 30 MHz to 1 GHz, and the shielding structure has an electromagnetic wave shielding efficiency
in a range of 28.3˜33.4 for electromagnetic waves having a frequency band of 1.1 GHz˜10 GHz.
