Claim of US Patent No. 9,497,749

1. A method for transmitting downlink control information to a terminal through a radio frame, the radio frame comprising
a plurality of subframes, each subframe comprising at least two slots, each subframe being divided in time domain into a first
area and a second area, wherein a first physical downlink control channel is located in the first area, a physical downlink
shared channel is located in the second area and the first physical downlink control channel is not located in the second
area, the method comprising:
transmitting, to the terminal, scheduling information related to a second physical downlink control channel; and
transmitting the downlink control information to the terminal through the second physical downlink control channel, wherein
the second physical downlink control channel is located in the second area,

wherein location of the downlink control information in the second area is determined at least based on a slot number of one
of the slots within the radio frame, wherein the downlink control information is located in the one of the slots.
