wherein a mass ratio (EVA:PE) of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) to the polyethylene (PE) in the resin mixture
is 8:2 to 3:7,
wherein a content of the organic peroxide is 0.1 to 1.0 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the resin mixture,
wherein a gel rate after crosslinking is 30 to 80% by mass, and
wherein the polyethylene is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) having density of 0.910 g/cm3 or more and less than 0.930 g/cm3, or a liner low density polyethylene (LLDPE) having a density of 910 g/cm3 to 0.940 g/cm3.
