Claim of US Patent No. 10,993,264

1. A method of wireless communication performed by an apparatus of a user equipment (UE), comprising:receiving an indication of a non-ideal backhaul condition between a first transmit-receive point (TRP) and a second TRP;
receiving at least one configuration that identifies a resource for multiplexing channel state information (CSI) reports with a potential to collide in a slot;
determining that multiple CSI reports of a first set of CSI reports that are to be transmitted to the first TRP, or of a second set of CSI reports that are to be transmitted to the second TRP, have the potential to collide in the slot; and
transmitting at least one of the first set of CSI reports to the first TRP or the second set of CSI reports to the second TRP according to the at least one configuration,
wherein the first set of CSI reports or the second set of CSI reports are multiplexed in the resource.
