Claim of US Patent No. 10,990,281

1. A random-access memory controller connected with a plurality of memories, comprising:a reset control unit configured to selectively boot at least one memory of the plurality of memories based on booting-related information about the plurality of memories,
wherein the booting-related information includes information about at least one of a number of booting operations of each of the plurality of memories and operating times respectively associated with the plurality of memories, and
wherein the reset control unit is further configured to select a memory, which has the smallest number of booting operations or the shortest operating time, from among the plurality of memories as a memory to be selectively booted.
