Claim of US Patent No. 10,893,569
1. A method for transiting an RRC state performed by a User Equipment (UE) in an RRC inactive (RRC_INACTIVE) state in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:receiving an indicator indicating to enter an RRC idle state from a network,
wherein the indicator is configured with a bitmap having a size of N bits;
determining whether the indicator is valid for the UE based on a result of performing a MOD operation of the bitmap and a UE ID; and
entering the RRC idle state when the indicator is valid for the UE.
