Claim of US Patent No. 10,798,765

1. A wearable device, comprising:a memory configured to store instructions;
communication circuitry; and
a processor, coupled with the memory and the communication circuitry, configured execute the stored instructions to:
identify that a level of a battery of the wearable device is greater than or equal to a designated value when the battery of the wearable device is not being charged;
identify that a storable capacity of the memory is less than a total capacity of music files that a smart phone associated with the wearable device is capable of transmitting to the wearable device, wherein the music files are stored in the smart phone;
transmit information indicating that the level of the battery of the wearable device is greater than or equal to the designated value when the battery of the wearable device is not being charged, and that the storable capacity of the memory of the wearable device is less than the total capacity of the music files that the smart phone is capable of transmitting to the wearable device; and
receive, from the smart phone, at least one music file that is selected among the music files by the smart phone when the storable capacity of the memory of the wearable device is less than the total capacity of the music files while the level of battery of the wearable device is greater than or equal to the designated value when the battery of the wearable device is not being charged, using the communication circuitry.
