Claim of US Patent No. 10,716,193

1. A method of locating a lighting control system, the method comprising:transmitting a first radio signal from a first light control module to a second light control module at a first launch time;
detecting the first radio signal at the second light control module;
transmitting a second radio signal from the second light control module to the first light control module in response to detecting receipt of the first radio signal, wherein the second radio signal encodes an identity of the second light control module;
detecting, at the first light control module, the second radio signal as originating from the second light control module;
recording a first receipt time of the detection of the second radio signal; and
determining a position of the second light control module with respect to the first light control module using a distance determined from a time of flight of transmission of the first radio signal and the second radio signal measured from the first launch time to the first receipt time.
