Claim of US Patent No. 10,602,488

11. An apparatus for wireless communications, comprising:means for receiving signaling indicative of a configuration for a frame, comprising: a set of uplink subframes in the frame available for physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission, a set of downlink subframes in the frame, and a set of uplink subframes in the frame available for physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission;
means for determining at least one uplink subframe of the set of uplink subframes available for PUCCH transmission, to carry a PUCCH transmission, wherein:
the at least one uplink subframe is determined as a first uplink subframe of the set of uplink subframes available for PUCCH occurring after a fixed duration during which one or more bundled physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions are received; and
the PUCCH transmission acknowledges the one or more bundled PDSCH transmissions received during the fixed duration; and
means for transmitting the PUCCH transmission in the determined at least one uplink subframe.
