Claim of US Patent No. 10,219,273

1. A method of communicating data in a wireless channel, the method comprising:communicating, by a base station, a first data through a first transmission time interval of a radio frame, wherein the first transmission time interval has a first transmission time interval length; and
communicating, by the base station, a second data through a second transmission time interval of the radio frame, wherein the second transmission time interval has a second transmission time interval length that is different than the first transmission time interval length,
wherein a boundary of first transmission time interval aligns with the second transmission time interval in a certain timing point within the radio frame, and
wherein the first transmission time interval corresponds to a first frequency band of a first time-frequency region, and the second transmission time interval corresponds to a second frequency band of a second time-frequency region, the first time-frequency region occupying a different bandwidth partition than the second time-frequency region.
