Claim of US Patent No. 10,142,979

1. A method for transmitting a plurality of physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) in a mobile communication system, the method comprising:inputting symbol groups for the plurality of PDCCHs to a block interleaver;
outputting permuted symbol groups from the block interleaver;
mapping the outputted symbol groups to resource elements allocated for transmitting the plurality of PDCCHs in a subframe; and
transmitting the plurality of PDCCHs in the subframe,
wherein the outputted symbol groups are cyclically shifted using a cell identifier.
