withdrawing the shuttle stitch and the coupled one or more sutures back through the hole in the bone and decoupling the shuttle stitch from the one or more sutures;
passing the one or more sutures through the central bore of the surgical anchor and out one or both of the first and second side bores;
inserting the surgical anchor into the hole in the bone;
removing excess slack in the one or more sutures such that the tissue is positioned in contact with the bone; and
securing the surgical anchor into the hole in the bone such that the beveled bottom surface of the head contacts the chamfered edge of the hole, thereby immobilizing the one or more sutures between the beveled bottom surface and the chamfered edge.

one or more sensors to monitor the composition of the mixture of gases, wherein the one or more sensors maintain an electronic record of at least one of temperature, the concentrations of the mixture of gases, and rate of use of the gases; and
one or more controllers to release the compressed gas from the at least one source into an interior of the container containing the perishable food products, such that a variable rate of the release is sufficient to maintain an ultra low oxygen concentration and to ensure consistent concentrations of the mixture of gases within the container during a duration of a shipment of the shipping container, the one or more controllers integrating predictive algorithms to regulate the variable rate of release of the compressed gas.

A first apparatus comprising a processor, a memory, and communication circuitry, the first apparatus being connected to a network via its communication circuitry, the first apparatus further comprising computer-executable instructions stored in the memory of the first apparatus which, when executed by the processor of the first apparatus, cause the first apparatus to perform operations comprising:receiving, from a second apparatus via resources that are pre-configured for the second apparatus, a grantless transmission, the grantless transmission comprising a hybrid automatic repeat request process;
receiving, from the second apparatus via a control channel, a first redundancy version of the hybrid automatic repeat request process;
sending a response to the grantless transmission, the response to the grantless transmission comprising an acknowledgement in a downlink control information, wherein the downlink control information is specific to the second apparatus, and wherein the downlink control information comprises one or more acknowledgement bits for multiple transport blocks; and
if the first apparatus does not send a positive acknowledgement of the grantless transmission, receiving, from the second apparatus and indicated via a control channel, a second redundancy version of a retransmission.

(4) a communication module for transmitting data between smart batteries of the same group, between the battery pack and the superior control system of the battery pack and between a power generation devices or electrical loads accessed to communication buses and the smart battery;

wherein the control unit is configured to control coordinately, acquire information, analyze statistic, control actively and give external feedback;
when controlling coordinately, the control unit coordinates and controls cooperative work of other smart batteries in a battery pack and power generation devices or electrical loads accessed to a same electric energy allocation bus through a communication interface, including: keeping clocks of all smart batteries synchronous and keeping synchronous with a clock of a superior control system of the battery pack, coordinating and determining a control unit of a certain smart battery in the battery pack, coordinating data collection and transmission of other smart batteries, coordinating calibration of data collection precision of all the batteries in the battery pack, controlling data collection types and frequencies of all batteries, upgrading programs of the control unit, and performing self-tests of the control unit of each battery;
when acquiring information, the control unit is further configured to: acquire information of the battery, including voltage, current, internal resistance, temperature, environmental temperature, motion states, vibration and acceleration data through a data collection function of the control unit, acquire above information of each of other smart batteries in the same group and clock/self-test/calibration information through a communication function of the control unit, acquire voltage/current data on the electric energy allocation bus, acquire external interaction commands and environmental temperature information through the communication function of the control unit, and add time stamps on all above information and store the information;
when analyzing the statistic, the control unit is configured to count, analyze and compute the number of charging and discharging cycles of each battery in the battery pack, charging and discharging depth, remaining electric quantity and deterioration degree according to the acquired information, compute charging parameters suitable for each battery according to commands, compute power supply and electricity use information accessed to the electric energy allocation bus for switching different batteries and/or power generation devices and/or electrical loads to access to the electric energy allocation bus or disconnect from the electric energy allocation bus, and add time stamps on all above information and stores the information;
when control actively, the control unit is configured to perform electric quantity transfer among the batteries belonging to a same group to realize a reallocation of the remaining electric quantity among all the batteries, or to charge partial or all the batteries in the battery pack through the power supply devices accessed to the electric energy allocation bus, switch corresponding batteries and/or power generation devices and/or electrical loads to access to the electric energy allocation bus or disconnect from the electric energy allocation bus according to a statistic analysis result; the control unit is configured to adjust charging parameters dynamically based on a statistic analysis computation result and the external commands;
when giving external feedback, the control unit passively answers the external interaction commands or actively issues information to an outward;
the control unit adopts a full-time charging mode or a time-sharing charging mode; wherein the full-time charging mode is to complete charging by the control unit in an entire charging process, and the time-sharing charging mode is to complete the entire charging process; and
the smart battery comprises connecting wires, a positive leading wire and a negative leading wire of the battery body portion are respectively connected with a positive binding post and a negative binding post of the shell of the smart battery, and an overload protection apparatus and a current sensor are installed on a connecting circuit; a positive output end and a negative output end for charging function and an input end for electric quantity transfer function in the control unit are respectively connected with the positive leading wire and the negative leading wire of the battery body portion; and the current sensor is installed on the connecting circuit;
the main control module is directly connected to the charging module, the communication module and the electric quantity transfer module, respectively;
the charging module and the electric quantity transfer module are in parallel connections to both the electric energy allocation bus and the battery body portion; and

periodically calculating, for said section concerned, a statistical maximum value of average speed values of all vehicles having traversed said section concerned during a specific period of time, which are stored in the average speeds database,
determining a difference between said statistical maximum value and a value recorded for said section in the speed limits database,
when the difference is greater than a threshold value, replacing in the speed limits database the value recorded for said section with a new value based on the statistical maximum value, the threshold value being a percentage of the value of the speed limit recorded in the speed limits database; and
wherein the new value is a value closest to the statistical maximum value contained in a table of possible limit values.

linking or grouping related sub-clusters to form the clustered photos of the person of interest for display; and

c) localizing at least a portion of the first set of features in the overview image so as to associate the at least a portion of first set of features in the image captured by the PTZ camera with a second set of features in the overview image,
d) logging positional data of the second set of features in the overview image,
e) defining a mapping between the image captured by the PTZ camera and the overview image based on the at least a portion of first set of features and the second set of features, and calculating a quality of the mapping,
performing a first calibration of the PTZ camera by correlating the first direction of the PTZ camera with the positional data of the second set of features being logged when the PTZ camera is directed in the first direction,
in case the quality of the mapping is below a first threshold:
redirecting the PTZ camera to a second direction,
performing steps a)-d) when the PTZ camera is in the second direction, and
performing a second calibration of the PTZ camera by correlating the second direction of the PTZ camera with positional data of the second set of features being logged when the PTZ camera is directed in the second direction,
wherein step e) further comprises mapping an object in the image captured by the PTZ camera to the overview image by using the defined mapping, wherein calculating the quality of the mapping includes calculating a similarity between an appearance of the object in the image captured by the PTZ camera and an appearance of the object after mapping to the overview image.
