wherein when the outside air temperature is lower than a predetermined value and the elapsed time is longer than a predetermined value, the electronic control unit determines that the possibility of the liquid pool of cooling medium in the crank chamber of the compressor exists.

c) shaping each of the plurality of integrated blank-pieces into respective circumferential segments of the mixer; and
d) welding together the respective circumferential segments in a circumferential array to form the mixer in a complete configuration of a nozzle with the first thickness being constant along an entire length of the circumferentially endless upstream portion and with the second thickness second thickness being less than the first thickness.

1. An article comprising a carbon composite containingcarbon microstructures having interstitial spaces among the carbon microstructures; and a binder disposed in at least some of the interstitial spaces;
wherein the carbon microstructures comprise microstructures of expanded graphite, the carbon microstructures have a thickness of about 10 to about 20 microns and an aspect ratio of about 25 to about 350 and comprise unfilled voids within the carbon microstructures, the unfilled voids having a size of about 200 nanometers to about 1 micron; and
the binder comprises a nickel-based alloy, a chromium-based alloy, an iron-based alloy, a titanium-based alloy, or a combination comprising at least one of the foregoing, and the binder is present in an amount of 20 to 50 wt. % based on the total weight of the carbon composite.

a storage chamber surrounded by the sidewall, the cover wall, and the bottom wall;
a recess communicating with the storage chamber and provided at the bottom wall;
a communication pipe comprising an upstream portion connected directly to a bottom portion of the recess and extending in a vertically downward direction with a diameter smaller than that of the recess, a downstream portion extending in a vertically upward direction in the bottom wall, and a middle portion disposed between the upstream portion and the downstream portion;
a gas flow path provided at a wall other than the bottom wall; and
a discharge pipe connected directly to the downstream portion of the communication pipe and extending in a direction same as that of the downstream portion of the communication pipe with a diameter smaller than that of the downstream portion of the communication pipe.

f) after an adequate waiting period, ensuring fermentation is complete to a desired sweetness by checking specific gravity or taste sampling the wine, and;
g) having confirmed fermentation is complete, and with the fermentor in the closed state in the working position and said cavity space substantially free of oxygen, re-applying said back and forth rocking motion to mix and degas the wine through agitation and splashing, thereby releasing dissolved CO2 gas from the wine, and venting the released CO2 gas from the fermentor.

A method comprising:receiving in a receiving stage, a diced wafer having a plurality of integrated devices comprising CMOS and MEMS devices disposed upon an adhesive substrate, wherein the diced wafer is associated with a known good device data associated with the plurality of integrated devices;
removing with a first pick and place device, a first set of integrated devices from the plurality of integrated devices from the adhesive substrate in response to the known good device data;
placing with the first pick and place device, the first set of integrated devices into a plurality of sockets within a socket substrate;
testing with the testing platform, the first set of integrated devices comprising:while physically stressing with the testing platform, the first set of integrated devices, providing with the plurality of sockets, electrical power to the first set of integrated devices and receiving with the plurality of sockets, electrical response data from the first set of integrated devices;determining with a processing unit coupled to the testing platform, a second set of integrated devices from the first set of integrated devices, in response to the electrical response data;
removing with a second pick and place device, the second set of integrated devices from the plurality of sockets within the first substrate; and
disposing the second set of integrated devices into a transport tape media.

d. charging the fuel hose with fuel from the vessel, wherein the fuel is a diesel fuel or a diesel fuel derivative enabling delivery of a preset quantity of the fuel at a geographic location, which has only the temporary fuel terminal without a permanent installation;
e. retrieving the fuel hose by passing the fuel hose over a the lead roller mounted to the frame in the first segment to a the second segment; wherein the second segment is at an angle from five degrees to forty-five degrees from the first segment; wherein the second segment sequentially and continuously passes the fuel hose over the first at least one lower drive roller, under the top drive roller connected to a the drive arm, over the a second lower drive roller, and over the frame roller; wherein the drive arm operatively aligns the top drive roller between the lower drive rollers; and wherein a fifth roller mounted to a fifth roller support connected to the frame and sixth roller connected to a sixth roller support connected to the frame, ensuring the fuel hose is aligned in the tugger for high speed retrieval without entanglement for storage in the moveable container.

an aliquoting chamber;
a first duct connecting the fluid chamber and the aliquoting chamber;
a metering chamber, wherein the metering chamber is operable for causing fluid to fill the metering chamber using capillary action, wherein the metering chamber has side wall regions and a central region, wherein the side wall regions are narrower than the central region in a cross sectional view of the metering chamber, wherein capillary action next to the side wall regions of the metering chamber is greater than in the central region of the metering chamber;
a second duct connecting the metering chamber with the aliquoting chamber, wherein the second duct comprises a duct entrance in the aliquoting chamber, wherein the second duct further comprises a duct exit in the metering chamber, wherein the duct exit is closer to the rotational axis than the duct entrance, wherein the second duct is operable for causing fluid to flow to the metering chamber using capillary action; and
a vent connected to the metering chamber, wherein the vent is nearer to the rotational axis than the metering chamber, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
filling the fluid chamber with the fluid;
controlling the rotational rate of the cartridge to transport the fluid from the fluid chamber to the aliquoting chamber via the first duct;
decreasing the rotational rate of the cartridge to permit the fluid in the aliquoting chamber to flow into the second duct and to fill the metering chamber a first time;
increasing the rotational rate of the cartridge to transfer a first part of the fluid from the metering chamber and to transfer a first remaining part back into the aliquoting chamber;
decreasing the rotational rate of the cartridge to permit the fluid in the reservoir to flow into the second duct and to fill the metering chamber a second time; and
increasing the rotational rate of the cartridge to transfer a second part of the fluid from the metering chamber and to transfer a second remaining part back into the aliquoting chamber.
