A thermally insulating stretchable down sheet comprising:a core consisting of a mixture of down, chemical additive fibers, and a binder exhibiting elastic properties, said chemical additive fibers consisting of fire-retardant fibers or tensile strength-improving fibers and said binder consisting of heat-fused stretchable glue particles and heat-fused stretchable elastic filaments;
wherein said down, chemical additive fibers, and binder glue particles and stretchable filaments are mixed together in predetermined proportions, said proportion of stretchable elastic filaments in the range of 5% to 80% by weight and said proportion of down in the range of about 10% to 25% by weight of said mixture, to form a thermally insulating sheet;
and a sheet of stretchable material having multi-directional stretchability capable of stretching in all directions bound to one of an upper and a lower surface of said core;
wherein said core and said sheet of stretchable material have shape-recovery properties such that said thermally insulating stretchable sheet is capable of recovering substantially its original relaxed form after stretching or deformation.

j) each bracket having a slot to receive a respective portion of the stand therein;
k) each bracket having a detent carried by the bracket on one side of the slot, and biased into the slot, and into a hole in a side of the respective portion of the stand; and
l) each bracket having an angled side wall on one side of the bracket opposite the detent, the angled side wall forming an acute angle with respect to the tabletop to allow the tabletop to pivot with respect to the portion of the stand when being removed or installed on the stand.

said second end of said manual hair anchor member (20) and said second end of said remote control hair anchor member (22) has a roller drive system that pulls and locks said second end of said skin pulling flap member (10) between two rollers; and
said manual hair anchor member (20) allows the user to manually pull said second end of said skin pulling flap member (10) through the roller drive system within said manual hair anchor member (20) to apply a pull/tension force on the skin attached to said first end of said skin pulling flap member (10) and then lock stationary said second end of said skin pulling flap member (10) when released by the user; and
said remote control hair anchor member (22) has an electric motor geared to the roller drive system controlled by microcontroller electronics to pull said second end of said skin pulling flap member (10) through the roller drive system within said remote control hair anchor member (22) to apply a pull/tension force on the skin attached to said first end of said skin pulling flap member (10) and then lock stationary said second end of said skin pulling flap member (10) when the electric motor is stopped stationary; and
said remote control hair anchor member (22) is remotely controlled wirelessly by the user using either a mobile communication device like a mobile phone (60) that is running mobile application software for the present invention or alternately controlled by a dedicated remote control device (62).

wherein, the front end is configured to increase the pressure force on the lace when the turning gate is turned increasingly backwards, and the front end is configured to reduce the pressure force on the lace when the turning gate is turned increasingly forwards;
at the active state, the front end is configured to exert said pressure force on the lace and the front end is configured to frictionally engage the lace and to turn forwards the turning gate when the lace is translated in said forwards direction; also, at the active state the front end is configured to frictionally engage the lace and to turn backwards the turning gate when the lace is translated in said backwards direction;
wherein, forwards translation of the lace is facilitated by turning increasingly forwards the turning gate and consequently diminishing the pressure force of the front end on the lace; whereas backwards translation of the lace is restricted by turning increasingly backwards the turning gate and consequently increasing the pressure force of the front end on the lace;
at the inactive state of the ratcheting device, the front end is configured not to exert said pressure force on the lace and the lace translation is facilitated both in the forwards direction and in the backwards direction;
the spring is preloaded and configured to apply a backwards turning force on the turning gate causing the front end to apply said pressure force on the lace;
the rear end is being configured as a lever for manually turning the turning gate forwards and diminishing the pressure force exerted by the front end on the lace; wherein, releasing the lace.

necrosing the plant by automatically applying fluid treatment to the plant feature by operating the treatment mechanism in a treatment mode according to the set of operation parameters, wherein the plant is identified and the fluid treatment is applied during a single pass of the plant treatment system through a field.

calcining the Li—Mn—Ni—Co—O powder to burn off carbon and/or other impurities present in the powder, thereby to obtain the raw layered LMNC material;
optionally, introducing a dopant capable of enhancing the performance of the layered LMNC material when used as a cathode material in an electrochemical cell, during the production of the raw layered LMNC material;
before any annealing of the raw layered LMNC material is effected, subjecting it to microwave treatment, to obtain a treated material; and
annealing the treated material, to obtain the layered LMNC material.

d) treating the clean zinc sulfide substrate wrapped in the clean inert platinum foil by a HIP process to provide the water clear zinc sulfide, wherein the water clear zinc sulfide comprises transmission at a wavelength of 0.3 ?m to 1 ?m, a forward scatter of less than or equal to 3%/cm as measured in a half cone of 3 degrees from the direction of incident beam at 0.6328 ?m wavelength as measured with a helium/neon laser and a refractive index homogeneity of less than or equal to 15 ppm.
