the said flue-gas capture system comprising a flue-gas source, heat-exchanged dissociation chamber, first-stage formation chamber and gas separation chamber, the flue-gas source exchanging heat with the hydrates to make them decompose through the heat-exchanged dissociation chamber and then entering the first-stage formation chamber by an air pump and check valve successively after the further heat exchange with the circulating medium, the flue-gas forming CO2 hydrates with the seawater in the first-stage formation chamber, the temperature-hold and pressure-tight residual gas, CO2 hydrates and remnants seawater mixtures going into the gas separation chamber by a multiphase pump, the multiphase pump having a butterfly valve which can automatically open or close according to whether the multiphase pump operates or not, the residual gas in the mixtures is separated out of the gas separation chamber by a second air pump, the left CO2 hydrates and remnants seawater in the gas separation chamber going into a second-stage formation chamber immediately by a second multiphase pump;
the said hydrate formation and separation system comprising the second-stage formation chamber and a liquid separation chamber, the CO2 hydrates that formed in the first-stage formation chamber and has exhausted residual gas rapidly entering the second-stage formation chamber by a third multiphase pump, the formation rate of CO2 hydrates will increase sharply formed from the new seawater and CO2, both the massive CO2 hydrates and remnants seawater after the formation going into the liquid separation chamber by the third multiphase pump, the liquid separation chamber separating the remnants seawater from the CO2 hydrates and draining the waste water through a gate valve, the remained pure CO2 hydrates going into an exhausting dissociation chamber by a fourth multiphase pump to be decomposed, all the above multiphase pumps are controlled by the control system;
the said hydrate dissociation system collecting a freshwater from the decomposed CO2 hydrates in the exhausting dissociation chamber and the heat-exchanged dissociation chamber and delivering them into a freshwater storage tank for output use, the dissociation pressure of the exhausting dissociation chamber is controlled by a third air pump and the dissociation temperature of the heat-exchanged dissociation chamber is decided by the flue-gas source;
the said CO2 circulating system collecting the exhausted CO2 in the exhausting dissociation chamber and the decomposed CO2 in the heat-exchanged dissociation chamber into a CO2 gas tank, the CO2 gas tank providing CO2 gas for the second-stage formation chamber to form hydrates, the redundant CO2 is sequestrated in conventional ways;
the said control system is used to control the coordinated operation of the whole system for flue-gas hydrate-based desalination using LNG cold energy, the control system controlling the periodic alternate operation of all parts intelligently, it can control and interlock the opening or closing of each valve and the start or stop of each pump as needed, it controlling the temperature of circulating medium by adjusting the LNG amounts into the gasification chamber, it controlling the seawater amounts into the two formation chambers according to the actual production requirement and automatically allotting the seawater amounts for each formation chamber from a sea basin by a second water-delivery pump and two check valves connected to it, it allotting the hydrate amounts for the heat-exchanged dissociation chamber according to the thermal capacity of the flue-gas source and allots other hydrates into the exhausting dissociation chamber.

(f) cooling the mixed metal oxide alloy nanoparticles; and
(g) collecting the mixed metal oxide alloy nanoparticles in an air filter collection station positioned downstream of the plasma flame,
wherein the first metal precursor and the at least second metal precursor are each selected from the group consisting of nickel, manganese, iron, cobalt, lanthanum, strontium, calcium, rhodium, zirconium, copper, yttrium, and combinations thereof, and
wherein the first metal precursor and the second metal precursor define a stoichiometry which produces specific metastable phases and the resulting mixed metal oxide nanoparticles have a composition that reflect the stoichiometry of the metal precursors which is essentially free from contaminates.

determining an increased rate of fuel flow based on a difference between the determined level of ionization and a baseline level of ionization, wherein the electrostatic charge accumulated on the surface of the fuel dissipates at an increased rate when the determined level of ionization of the air medium is higher than the baseline level of ionization; and
supplying, via the fuel line, the fuel to the fuel tank at the determined increased rate of fuel flow to reduce a time for supplying the fuel to the fuel tank.

wherein the first characteristic is a product identification code and the second characteristic is a physical characteristic and wherein the controller is configured to control the delivery vehicles in response to receiving signals from the input station so that: i) items not having the second characteristic are directed to the reject bin, ii) items for which the first characteristic is not detected and for which the second characteristic is detected are directed upwardly to the recirculation path, and iii) items for which the first characteristic is detected and for which the second characteristic is detected are directed upwardly to the sort destinations.

A trailer backup assist system comprising:a trailer sensor module configured to be mounted to a trailer, the trailer sensor module including a module structure, and a yaw rate sensor and an inclinometer mounted to the module structure whereby the yaw rate sensor and the inclinometer move together with the module structure;
a controller configured to:
utilize data from the yaw rate sensor to generate vehicle control signals to control at least one of a vehicle speed and vehicle direction while a vehicle is backing up with the trailer attached thereto;
utilize data from the inclinometer to determine if the trailer sensor module is properly mounted to a trailer within a predefined tolerance; and
generate a signal to a Human Machine Interface (HMI) indicating that an orientation of the trailer sensor module on a trailer is not proper if the trailer sensor module is mounted on a trailer outside of the predefined tolerance.

wherein the further variable orifice arrangement includes a main orifice (A1) arranged in the main flow path upstream the variable first left orifice (A2L) and the variable first right orifice (A2R), the main orifice (A1) being closed in the neutral position to close the main flow path, a variable tank orifice (A10) arranged in the tank flow path, the variable tank orifice (A10) being closed in the neutral position, and/or a variable third left orifice (A4L) arranged in the left working flow path and a variable third right orifice (A4R) arranged in the right working flow path, the variable third left orifice (A4L) and the variable third right orifice (A4R) being closed in the neutral position.

A steering device, comprising:an electric drive device which includes a plurality of systems comprising a first system that includes a first electric motor and a second system that includes a second electric motor, the first electric motor comprising a first driving circuit and a first winding, the second electric motor comprising a second driving circuit and a second winding; and
a controller configured to select any of an assist control for assisting a steering force based on a steering torque input by an operation of a steering wheel, and an automatic steering control for controlling a steering angle of the steering wheel based on a steering instruction value, and to control an output of the electric drive device to be in a range not exceeding a preset output limit value,
wherein the controller is configured such that when a fault occurs in the first system that includes the first electric motor during the control by the automatic steering control, the controller continues to perform the automatic steering control using the second electric motor of the second system, and when the controller then shifts to the assist control, the controller sets the output limit value of the second electric motor of the second system to a value lower than an output limit value used during normal operation when the first electric motor and the second electric motor are normally operated,
wherein the controller is configured to retrieve an automatic steering contribution ratio which is a ratio of an output of the second electric motor required for the automatic steering control as a calculation value therein and an assist control contribution ratio which is the ratio of the output of the second electric motor required for the assist control, and the controller is configured to increase the assist control contribution ratio with reducing the automatic steering contribution ratio upon switching from the automatic steering control to the assist control,
wherein the controller includes a warning generator configured to issue a warning providing notification of a fault when the fault occurs in one of the first electric motor and the second electric motor when executing the automatic steering control, and
wherein the controller is configured to perform the automatic steering control to guide a vehicle to a low-speed lane when a fault occurs in one or more of the first electric motor and the second electric motor during the control of the automatic steering control.
