(c) a condensation section having a gas inlet which is in fluid communication with the outlet for cooled burner gas of the gas cooling section, said condensation section being configured to subject the cooled burner gas to condensation so as to form an aqueous nitric acid condensate and an uncondensed nitrogen oxides gas stream, said condensation section having a liquid outlet for the aqueous nitric acid condensate and a gas outlet for the uncondensed nitrogen oxides gas stream;
(d) an absorption section having a gas inlet which is in fluid communication with the gas outlet of the condensation section, said absorption section being configured to subject the nitrogen oxides gas stream to absorption in water, optionally in the form of a dilute nitric acid solution; said absorption section further comprising a liquid inlet which is in fluid communication with the liquid outlet of the condensation section and a gas outlet for nitrogen oxides tail gas;
(e) a tail gas treatment system comprising a tail gas heating section, a nitrous gas removal section, and an expansion section, said tail gas treatment system being configured to subject nitrogen oxides gas to purification so as to form a purified tail gas and to subject said purified tail gas to expansion, said tail gas treatment section comprising a gas inlet for nitrogen oxides tail gas and a gas outlet for purified tail gas;

e) decreasing the volume of the variable volume reactor causing the CO2 to be flowed out of the variable volume reactor through a valve.

(c) a skirt disposed below said clasp ring, said skirt includes an inner skirt surface and an outer skirt surface, wherein said inner skirt surface is positioned below said circular inner clasp-ring surface, wherein said inner skirt surface is contiguous with said circular inner clasp-ring surface, wherein said skirt is attached with said at least one tamper-evident seal such that:
(i) a virtual, continuous, two-dimensional triangle has a first corner and a second corner, wherein said first corner and said second corner lie on said center axis, wherein said virtual, continuous, two-dimensional triangle intersects both said skirt and said tab at an intersection, wherein said intersection is continuous along an entirety of said intersection; and
(ii) said at least one tamper-evident seal is externally disposed from said outer cover-top surface and said outer skirt surface such that said tab, said two tear lines, and said two seal stubs extend:
(A) from said clasp ring outwardly away from said center axis;
(B) from a region of said outer cover-top surface and a region of said outer skirt surface substantially adjacent to said clasp ring;

comparing the measured weight against a plurality of second threshold levels, each second threshold level corresponding to one of the plurality of index levels, the second threshold levels comprising a widest second threshold range at the first index level and a narrowest second threshold range at the second index level;
wherein if the first adjusted measure of volume is within a first threshold level corresponding to a current index level, adjusting the apparatus using the first adjusted measure of the fill rate and the first adjusted measure of the volume and changing the index level of the apparatus in a direction from the first index level towards the second index level; and

outputting, via the noise controller, a regulated flight setting to the plurality of rotor systems, wherein the regulated flight setting is configured to adjust directionality of the acoustic radiation from the plurality of rotor systems to steer a null portion of the acoustic radiation; and
generating, via the plurality of rotor systems, acoustic radiation having a second acoustic behavior that is different from the first acoustic behavior upon receipt of the regulated flight setting.
