a target fetching device, coupled to the information fetching device, for receiving the actual area of each target in the closing operation image, setting a target in a predetermined human area range of the actual area as a human target, fetching the human target from the closing operation image and using it as a human sub-image, matching the human sub-image with a face image of each suspect one by one, and if there is a match, then a suspect's name corresponding to the matched face image will be outputted as a target suspect's name and a miss signal will be issued; and
wherein the lighting control device is coupled to the target fetching device for controlling the LED lighting device to switch to the high intensity lighting method when receiving the hit signal.

(f2) after step (f1), measuring the humidity within the interior of the enclosure with the humidity sensor; and
(f3) after step (f2), maintaining the interior of the enclosure at a pre-determined humidity with the humidity control unit by:
(i) compressing the refrigerant with the compressor to produce a superheated vapor refrigerant at a temperature above the condensing point of the refrigerant;
(ii) condensing the superheated vapor refrigerant within the condenser into a liquid phase refrigerant at a temperature below the boiling of the refrigerant; and
(iii) evaporating the liquid phase refrigerant within the evaporator to form a vapor and/or a superheated vapor phase refrigerant while absorbing heat from the interior of the enclosure.

playing, during the electronic communication and with the PED of the second user, the voice of the first user in the binaural sound that was convolved by the DSP in the WED of the first user such that the voice externally localizes to the second user in empty space away from a head of the second user.
