determining a number of partitions for each of the first plurality of associated database tables;
determining a location on one of a plurality of database hosts for each of the number of partitions of each of the first plurality of associated database tables; and
determining to stop generation of the database table partition redistribution plan via a stoppage step, wherein the system executes the plan generation environment and one or more plan generation step modules associated with the stoppage step to determine to stop generation of the database table partition redistribution plan; and
determine the one or more plan generation step modules for each plan generation step based on the plan generation environment;
instantiate a plan generation environment based on the user input received, exposing the one or more module interfaces;
identify, for the one or more module interfaces, an associated one or more plan generation step modules for performing the software step associated with the at least one module interface; and
execute the plan generation environment and the identified one or more plan generation step modules to generate the database table partition redistribution plan, wherein a first one of the plan generation step modules determines partition metadata from a data source and a second one of the plan generation step modules reads a batch of partition information from the data source and groups the batch of partition information into groups of tables that exhibit a relation with one another and determines an order in which the groups of tables will be processed;
wherein the two or more plan generation step modules are identified for performing the step of determining the plurality of database table partitions, and wherein execution of the step of determining the plurality of database table partitions comprises pipelining the two or more plan generation step modules.

comparing the first list to the second list,
ascertaining whether the server failed to receive a response to the message from any downstream device identified in the first list, and
re-broadcasting the message to each downstream device from which the server failed to receive a response,
wherein the step of determining whether every downstream device targeted in the message successfully received the message further comprises the steps of:
receiving, from each downstream device successfully receiving a re-broadcast message, each such device comprising a re-broadcast responding device, a response when each re-broadcast responding device performs an upload of data collected by each re-broadcast responding device, a time of each upload dictated by the response window information,
producing an updated second list by adding, to the second list, identifications of each re-broadcast responding device,
comparing the first list to the updated second list,
ascertaining whether the server failed to receive a response to the re-broadcast message from any downstream device identified in the first list,

responsive to determining that the pre-defined limit on the number of broadcasts has not been reached, again re-broadcasting the message to all downstream devices from which the server has still failed to receive a response.

during a defined interval, for each of the plurality of users, totaling, by the at least one computing device, the point(s) assigned to the user, such that the point(s) total for each user corresponds to the same defined interval during which the point(s) assigned to the other one(s) of the plurality of users are totaled; and

generating, by the processor based on the entrainment suitability analysis, entrainment assistance cues for the selected audio content, the assistance cues including a sound added to one or more of the identified features of the selected audio content;
applying, by the processor, the assistance cues to the identified features of the selected audio content simultaneously with playing the selected audio content and thereby playing the selected audio content augmented with the assistance cues using an audio output device; and
evaluating, by the processor based on biomechanical data of the patient captured using a sensor while playing the selected audio content and the assistance cues, a therapeutic effect of the selected audio content and the assistance cues on the patient,
wherein the selected audio content continues to play when the therapeutic effect meets a therapeutic threshold, and when the therapeutic effect fails to meet the therapeutic threshold repeating one or more of the steps of selecting audio content, performing an entrainment suitability analysis and generating entrainment assistance cues.

a housing extending along a central axis between open first and second ends, and having a hollow interior, the housing including a body portion and an extension portion interconnected by a breakaway structure which is configured to retain structural integrity under a first predetermined tensile load and to separate under a second predetermined tensile load which is greater than the first predetermined tensile load;
a collet disposed in the hollow interior of the body portion, the collet having a peripheral wall defining a central bore for accepting a tensile member therethrough and an exterior surface, wherein the collet is configured to be swaged around and against the tensile member;
a sleeve having a peripheral wall defining opposed interior and exterior surfaces, the sleeve disposed in the hollow interior of the housing and positioned generally axially adjacent to the collet, so as to be movable parallel to the central axis between first and second positions; and
wherein at least one of the exterior surface of the collet and the interior surface of the sleeve is tapered and the sleeve and the collet are arranged such that movement of the sleeve from the first position to the second position will cause the interior surface of the sleeve to bear against the exterior surface of the collet, causing the collet to swage radially inwards around and against the tensile member;
passing one or more tensile members through the central bore of the collet;
seating the housing into a bore formed in the bone; and
driving the sleeve from the first position towards the second position under the first predetermined tensile load, so as to swage the collet around the one or more tensile members.

the circuitry is configured with the transmitter and the receiver to
provide one or more narrowband carriers, each carrier providing within a subband frequency bandwidth communications resources for allocation to narrow band communications devices, the subband frequency bandwidth being less than and within the system bandwidth, signals being transmitted to the narrowband communications devices via the one or more narrow band carriers in accordance with a first configuration:
receive a control message representing a request to transmit a high priority message from at least one of the narrowband communications devices; and
transmit signals on a down-link of a narrowband carrier to the at least one of the narrowband communications devices with a second configuration, wherein the first configuration includes transmitting the signals with a first power, and transmitting the signals with the second configuration includes increasing a power of the signals above the first power to a second power to reduce a time for communicating a high priority message transmitted to the at least one of the narrowband communications devices.

receiving, at a service within the cloud computing environment, a request for a just-in-time (JIT) access session to access a resource in a production environment of the cloud computing environment from the portal on the DevOps device, wherein the request specifies request parameters including a level or type of access requested and information regarding the incident including a type of the incident and whether the incident is active;
accessing, from a database of JIT policies stored in the cloud computing environment for a plurality of resources within the production environment of the cloud computing environment, a JIT policy for the resource specified by the request, the JIT policy stored in the database for processing by the service within the cloud computing environment to allow the service to automatically determine whether to grant JIT access to the resource; determining, by the service within the cloud computing environment, whether to approve the request for the JIT access session based at least in part on automatically evaluating the request parameters using the JIT policy for the resource to determine whether the level or type of access requested is automatically approved depending on the type of the incident and whether the incident is active;
if it is determined to approve the request for the JIT access session, provisioning JIT access for the DevOps personnel including setting a time limit for the JIT access; and
if it is determined to not approve the request for the JIT access session, providing a notice to the portal on the DevOps device.
