determining whether the brightness value difference exceeds a preset brightness change threshold difference, and if the brightness value difference exceeds the preset brightness change threshold difference, transmitting the sound-and-light control command and the brightness value difference to the lighting control system, to adjust the brightness of the indoor lighting equipment based on the brightness value difference when the playback progresses to the corresponding frame.

identifying a channel for each of the third portion of the second plurality of signal strengths resulting in a second portion of the second plurality of channels;
identifying common channels between the first portion of the first plurality of channels and the second portion of the second plurality of channels;
determining the common channels are above a threshold;
receiving a third DSSS signal for a third time period within the radio frequency spectrum; and
filtering the third DSSS signal to filter a first portion of a group of interference signals using a filter.

in response to the results indicating that the device user is the person portrayed by the digital facial portrait, decoding the at least one digital watermark to obtain the payload data from the at least one digital watermark;
retrieving personally identifiable information based on the payload data; and
determining that the digital facial portrait is authentic based on the decoded at least one digital watermark by authenticating the digital facial portrait based on the personally identifiable information.

generating a trajectory based on the selected motion plan to control the autonomous vehicle to drive according to the trajectory.

responsive to determining the third signature matches the fourth signature:
verifying that the second ad request is associated with the second publisher that is associated with the second key;

wherein transmitting the second verification message is further responsive to:

An assay for assessing the conformational stability of a membrane protein, comprising:(a) providing a sample comprising a first population and a second population of a membrane protein; wherein the membrane protein in the first population is labelled with a donor label and the membrane protein in the second population is labelled with an acceptor label, or the membrane protein in the first population is labelled with an acceptor label and the membrane protein in the second population is labelled with a donor label, and wherein the populations of membrane protein are provided in a solubilized form,
(b) exposing the first and second populations of the membrane protein provided in the solubilized form to a denaturant or denaturing condition, and
(c) assessing aggregation between membrane proteins of the first and second populations by activating the donor label to permit a distance-dependent interaction with the acceptor label, which interaction produces a detectable signal.
