A battery charger including a power converter for outputting a DC voltage, comprising:a Full Bridge (FB) AC-DC switching circuit comprising a first plurality of switches for receiving an AC source and a DC link capacitor, the first plurality of switches providing an AC source component signal at double line frequency to the DC link capacitor;
a Dual Active Bridge (DAB) converter comprising second switching circuits including a second plurality of switches; and
an interface circuit for receiving a waveform responsive to the AC source for driving one or more of the second plurality of switches of at least said second switching circuit for a reduced DAB converter loss with a reduced DC link capacitor;
said interface circuit comprises a modulation circuit;
said modulation circuit provides the waveform as the AC source and further comprises a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) zero-off charging circuit for providing driving pulses to drive one or more of the second plurality of switches at a duty cycle for a reduced DAB convertor loss with a reduced DC link capacitor, to turn off said second switching circuit when the DAB convertor is not delivering power to avoid hard switching; and
wherein the capacitance of the DC link capacitor is reduced in relation to an increased efficiency of the DAB convertor based on the waveform from the modulation circuit.

e) determining if the printing layer is a last printing layer of the multiple printing layers; and
f) if the printing layer is not the last printing layer of the multiple printing layers, adjusting relative heights among the 3D nozzle, the 2D nozzle and the printing platform and re-executing from the step c to the step e in order to print the next printing layer.

calculate a client distribution optimal received signal strength indicator (RSSI), wherein said client distribution optimal RSSI (CD optimal) is a minimum receiver start of packet detection threshold (RX-SOP) setting for maintaining existing client device coverage by said AP;
calculate a neighbor relations optimal RSSI threshold (NR optimal), wherein said NR optimal is a function of at least a transmit power control threshold (TPC) for maintaining visibility between said AP and said neighboring APs;
calculate an RX-SOP setting for said AP as a function of said CD optimal and said NR optimal; and
apply said RX-SOP setting to said AP.

the chip receives from the device location information;
the chip analyses whether an extended cell identity value is or is not present within the location information;
the chip detects, based upon the analysis, a currently available communication technology relating to a second mobile network, the second mobile network being related to a second home country operator or a foreign country operator;
the chip compares the currently available communication technology to at least one preferred communication technology;
if the currently available communication technology matches at least one preferred communication technology, then
the chip switches to a second subscription associated with the preferred communication technology and relating to a corresponding second mobile network operator; and
the chip sends to the device at least one identifier relating to the second subscription, the second subscription being related to the second mobile network.
