resets accumulation corresponding to a value of the third parameter, while maintaining accumulation corresponding to a value of the fourth parameter, from accumulation corresponding to the third parameter and accumulation corresponding to the fourth parameter, based on reception of a random access response message for the serving cell in a case that accumulation is enabled.

A method, comprising:executing, by an application processor in a television receiver, a software application comprising software application code, wherein a first portion of the software application code resides in an interrupt service routine memory space and execution of the first portion of the software application code generates a result, and wherein executing the software application comprises executing a second portion of the software application code;
security checking, by a security processor in the television receiver, the first portion of the software application code in the interrupt service routine memory space, wherein the security processor is not the application processor;
after security checking the first portion of the software application code, triggering, by the security processor, an interrupt to the application processor;
in response to the interrupt:
halting execution, by the application processor, of the second portion of the software application code,
executing, by the application processor, the first portion of the software application code in the interrupt service routine memory space,
after executing the first portion of the software application code in the interrupt service routine memory space, transmitting, by the application processor, the result to the security processor, and
after transmitting the result to the security processor, continuing execution, by the application processor, of the second portion of the software application code; and
performing, by the security processor, a security action if the security checking fails.

receive, in real-time, from a first product retailer device associated with the first product retailer, upon provision of the first product to the customer according to the predefined agreement associated with the redemption identifier, redemption information, the redemption information relating to the provision of the first product and comprising global positioning system (GPS) information indicative of a redemption location at which the first product is redeemed and a current retail price of the first product;

determine an offer to provide to the customer device based on the redemption information, the redemption information configured to enable determination of the offer based on the GPS information indicative of a location at which the first product is redeemed;
provide the offer, the offer comprised of a second product, a sale price, and a second product retailer, the second product retailer being different than the first product retailer and having a location in a same region as the redemption location; and
subsequent to the provision of the first product to the customer according to the predefined agreement, (i) receiving a second offer from one or more different customer devices, the second offer comprised of at least a second offer price, (ii) accessing dynamically updated redemption information, and (ii) utilizing the dynamically updated redemption information, including a difference between the second offer price and the first price to determine whether to accept the second offer,
wherein the difference between the second offer price and the first price determined to be acceptable in an instance in which the difference meets a predefined threshold,
wherein the predefined threshold is dynamically updated after each offer acceptance, and
