1. A micro-optic device, including:a substrate having a first and a second side, opposite the first side;
a plurality of image elements;
a plurality of micro-lenses, each one of the micro-lenses focusing light towards, or causing light to be diverged from or constructively interfere at a real or imaginary focal point,
the micro-lenses causing the image elements to be sampled so as to project imagery which is observable to a user from at least a first viewing angle; and
a first focusing structure including at least a first group of the micro-lenses and a first imagery structure including at least a first group of the image elements integrated into a first unitary structure on the first side of the substrate,
wherein the first unitary structure is formed by embossing, and the image elements include tapered side walls to allow easy release from an embossing tool.

(e) cooling the thermoplastic polymer forming a thermoplastic film and the nonwoven layer, wherein the thermoplastic film and the nonwoven layer form the nonwoven composite, wherein the cross-section of the nonwoven composite is defined to be a plane extending from the upper surface of the nonwoven composite to the lower surface of the nonwoven composite, wherein the cross-sectional area fraction of total fibers in the thermoplastic polymer within the valley regions is at least about 10% and the cross-sectional area fraction of total fibers in the thermoplastic polymer within the peak regions is less than about 5%.

(iv) said polymerization inhibitor passing through said belt to form an active surface on said object, and optionally, a dead zone of unpolymerized liquid between said active surface and said polymerizable liquid; then
(e) separating said belt from said carrier or said three dimensional object; and then
(f) repeating steps (b) through (e) until said three dimensional object is completed,
wherein said belt is electrostatically charged, and/or said applying step is carried out by electrospray.

hydraulically pressing the decorative film within the vacuum bag by establishing a predetermined pressure and a predetermined temperature of the liquid solvent, the decorative film being thereby smoothly and uniformly bonded across the inner surface of the translucent base shell.

providing an arrangement in the closed position of the pressure bell,
wherein the laminate or the transfer foil separates the tool trough interior space and the pressure bell interior space pressure tight from each other, and
an initial vacuum of less than or equal to 30 kPa is initially set in the tool trough interior space, and
an initial vacuum of less than or equal to 30 kPa is set in the pressure bell interior space and subsequently a pressure medium pressure of 2-18 bar is set in the pressure bell interior space by introducing a fluid pressure medium or compressed air, and

wherein the glue layer is provided with an activatable glue arranged at a contact side of the laminate and activated by activating the at least one upward radiating heat radiator also the glue arranged at the laminate material contact side is activated, and
the at least one movable heat radiator arrangement is additionally provided with activatable downward radiating heat radiators, and
after introducing the at least one movable heat radiator arrangement into the intermediary space between the laminate and the 3D-substrate to be coated
a surface of the 3D-substrate to be coated is heated in a controlled manner by activating the activatable downward radiating heat radiators and after completing heat treating the at least one movable heat radiator arrangement is moved back into the at least one retraction cavity,
wherein the lowerable table is raised into an upper dead center after completing heat treating and after returning the at least one movable heat radiator arrangement into the at least one retraction cavity,
wherein the 3D-substrate penetrates the laminate plane in the upper dead center of the lowerable table and moves the heated laminate along in a tent shape while the initial vacuum of less than or equal to 30 kPa is maintained in the pressure bell interior space and in the tool trough interior space wherein the pressure bell interior space is pressure sealed from the tool trough interior space by the laminate while the lowerable table is being raised from the lower dead center to the upper dead center, and

a left trimming blade for cutting nose hair, said left trimming blade extending from said left side of said head when deployed, and said left trimming blade being recessed completely in said left recess when retracted;
a right trimming blade for cutting nose hair, said right trimming blade extending from said right side of said head when deployed, and said right trimming blade being recessed completely in said right recess when retracted;
a handle for holding and being connected to said head;
a left linkage connected to said left trimming blade;
a right linkage connected to said right trimming blade;
a left plunger being disposed on said handle, said left plunger being connected to said left linkage, said left plunger deploying said left trimming blade when said left trimming blade is retracted and said left plunger is actuated, and said left plunger retracting said left trimming blade when said left trimming blade is extended and said left plunger is actuated; and
