1. An information handling system having a cable assembly, the information handling system comprising:a printed circuit board having a first surface and a second surface opposed to the first surface;
a first post and a second post extending from one side of the printed circuit board (PCB) to define a slot within the one side of the PCB;
a first signal line that terminates into a first signal pad, a second signal line that terminates into a second signal pad, and two ground lines, each terminating into a respective one of a first ground pad and a second ground pad that extends onto a respective one of the first post and the second post, each of the first signal line, second signal line, and two ground lines coupled to the first surface;
a first cable having a first signal wire at least partially covered by a first insulator, a second signal wire at least partially covered by a second insulator, and a first ground shield extending around an exterior of and at least partially covering the first and second insulators, a first end of the first cable mounted in the slot between the first and second posts;
an outer insulator that partially covers the ground shield; and
a first conductive attachment coupling the first signal wire to the first signal pad, a second conductive attachment coupling the second signal wire to the second signal pad, and a third conductive attachment coupling the first ground shield to the first ground pad.

allocating a first set of beam resources to a first mobile device of the plurality of mobile devices for the first time period, wherein the first set of beam resources exceeds the first provisioned level of the user-specific traffic policy associated with the first mobile device; and

a non-volatile memory storing network event rules wherein one or more network event rules correspond to at least a network event to initiate an action for a targeted device;
an event detection circuit to monitor data link layer activity for each wireless station at a location of the WAP to track wireless stations that transmit at the location of the WAP, wherein a table of tags is generated to track the wireless stations, wherein the event detection circuit is to detect data link layer activity of at least one wireless station at the location of the WAP to determine whether the data link layer activity indicates a network event, and to identify the tag associated with each of the at least one wireless station of the detected data link layer activity indicating the network event; and
a rule initiation circuit to determine whether the identified wireless station and network event satisfy one of the network event rules, and in response to satisfying the network event rule, to initiate the action prescribed for the corresponding targeted device.

A multi-layer circuit member comprising:a first layer formed of a conductive material, the first layer including a plurality of signal pads and a first reference plane spaced apart from the plurality of signal pads, the first reference plane including an outer region surrounding the plurality of signal pads and an inner region separating the plurality of signal pads; a second layer formed of a conductive material, the second layer including a plurality of signal conductors and a second reference plane spaced apart from the plurality of signal conductors, the second reference plane including an outer region surrounding the plurality of signal conductors and an inner region separating the plurality of signal conductors;
a ground layer forms at least two corresponding neighboring grounding pads and disposed at a side of the second layer opposite from the first layer;
a plurality of dielectric layers separating the first layer, the second layer, and the ground layer; and
a plurality of conductive vias connecting the plurality of signal conductors to corresponding signal pads and connecting the first reference plane of the first layer to the second reference plane of the second layer and the ground layer;
wherein the plurality of signal pads are arranged in two rows;
wherein said two corresponding neighboring grounding pads have between a connection section extending along an oblique direction perpendicular to both the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction;
wherein one of said dielectric layers covers the first layer with opening exposing the corresponding signal pads and grounding pads while veiling the connecting section between the two neighboring grounding pads; and
wherein a first grounding plane forms at least three corresponding neighboring grounding pads between every two neighboring signal pads, and said three corresponding neighboring grounding pads commonly form a Y-shaped structure with two said connecting sections.
