A method of communicating between communication buses of a computing environment, the method comprising:receiving, by a bridge implemented at least in part in hardware, a request, the bridge coupled between one communication bus having a first set of characteristics and another communication bus having another set of characteristics different from the one set of characteristics, the bridge comprising a scoreboard to be used in servicing the request, the scoreboard including a plurality of tags to be assigned to one or more requests and one or more buffers to store data;
determining by the bridge whether the request is to be processed, the determining using the scoreboard;
based on determining the request is to be processed, initiating processing of the request, and assigning at least one tag of the plurality of tags to the request;
storing data associated with the request in the buffer, the storing being based on the at least one tag assigned to the request, wherein the data is received in any order, but stored in the buffer in order based on the request; and
controlling access to the data by the other communication bus, the controlling access using the scoreboard and comprising:
determining whether the other communication bus is to have access to the data in the buffer;
based on determining the other communication bus is to have access to the data, providing the other communication bus with access to the data; and
based on determining the other communication bus is not to have access to the data, preventing access to the data via an empty indication of the buffer regardless of whether the buffer is empty, wherein the preventing access comprises determining whether data is available in the buffer for a selected tag of the plurality of tags, the selected tag chosen based on an ordering of requests to be serviced, and preventing the access via the empty indication of the buffer, based on the data for the selected tag being unavailable even if data for one or more other tags of the plurality of tags is available in the buffer.

heating the thermal interface material, while under pressure, to a temperature within a range from about 45 degrees Celsius to about 70 degrees Celsius such that the thermal interface material becomes flowable to form a thin bond line between the heat spreader and the heat source and establishes the thermal joint between the heat spreader and the heat source, whereupon removal of the pressure, the thermal interface material returns to the solid state and remains solidified as the thermal interface material precludes the heat source from heating beyond the normal operating temperature range during operation of the electronic device and heat is flowable through the thermal joint from the heat source to the heat spreader during operation of the electronic device whereby temperature of the heat source is reduced;
wherein the thermal interface material is silicone free; and
wherein the phase change thermal interface material is shear thinning and thixotropic such that the phase change thermal interface material is not flowable at the temperature within the range from about 45 degrees Celsius to about 70 degrees Celsius except under pressure and such that the phase change thermal interface material maintains shape unless force is applied even when the phase change thermal interface material is at the temperature within the range from about 45 degrees Celsius to about 70 degrees Celsius.

A gesture lighting source output command method for commanding a lighting apparatus by a motion of a heat emitting object inside the three-dimensional space of a gesture decoding environment, wherein the improvement comprises the lighting apparatus including a lighting source and an asymmetrical gesture decoding device, the asymmetrical gesture decoding device comprising a casing with an embedded electronic controller and a set of two dual PIR sensors, geometrically arranged in a plane with an angle ? with the vertical, dual PIR sensors that are rotated 2? degrees one relatively to the other, and fitted with specially designed ordinary Fresnel lenses, their beam axes forming an angle of 2? degrees between each other, the above mentioned three angles (?, 2?, 2?) establishing a main target area (MTA), a three-dimensional space of the gesture decoding environment being defined by a pyramid of base equal to the mentioned main target area (MTA) and vertex defined by the mentioned beam axes of the two mentioned dual PIR sensors, the motion of the heat emitting object being, although not restricted to, in geometrical planes parallel to the ground and inclined relatively to the asymmetrical gesture decoding device plane, and the such lighting source output command method including steps of:collecting the IR light emitted by a heat emitting object inside the three-dimensional gesture decoding environment, through the two dual PIR sensors set, through continuous scans as two-dimensional data sequence;
evaluating if the heat emitting object gestures were performed inside the mentioned main target area (MTA) by processing the outputs of the two mentioned dual PIR sensors, in the embedded electronic controller;
obtaining the two-dimensional data sequence for the heat emitting object motion, simultaneously, one data sequence from each dual PIR sensor;
decoding the motion of the heat emitting object by computing the two-dimensional data sequence;
determining whether the motion of the heat emitting object complies with a predetermined condition in the memory;
issuing a command signal if the motion does comply with one predetermined condition in memory;
outputting the command signal to the lighting source, and;
commanding the lighting source by changing at least one parameter of the lighting source output if the motion of the heat emitting object complies with a predetermined condition.
