wherein determining the quantity score value includes:
i) calculating a length ratio by dividing a length of the one or more resource contents by a target length value; and
ii) applying a function to the length ratio so that values of the length ratio which are greater than 0 and less than 0.5 are amplified and the values of the length ratio which are greater than 0.5 are attenuated, wherein the function is a smooth and strictly monotonically increasing function; and
wherein the language content score value is determined by automatically determining a language of the one or more resource contents, and wherein the determining of the language content score value includes:
i) calculating two or more of the following: a weighted word distribution score value, a weighted unigram score value, a weighted bigram score value, and a weighted punctuation score value; and
ii) averaging or multiplying at least two of the following: the weighted word distribution score value, the weighted unigram score value, the weighted bigram score value, and the weighted punctuation score value.

A data sending method between a terminal and a base station in a communications system, where the base station is controlled by a radio network controller, the method comprising:receiving information, from a network side device, for mapping first and second transmission resources to connectionless and connection-based data transmission manners, respectively, for sending data packets to the base station, wherein the first and second transmission resources are derived by multiplexing a transmission resource;
multiplexing the transmission resource to provide different transmission resources for the first and second data transmission manners such that different formats for a data packet is formatted differently in each transmission manner;
sending, by the terminal, the data packet in a first format to the base station in the connectionless data transmission manner and by way of the first transmission resource when the terminal determines a data volume of the data packet to be sent by the terminal to the base station is less than a threshold volume; and
sending, by the terminal, the data packet in a second format to the base station in the connection-based data transmission manner and by way of the second transmission manner when the terminal determines the data volume of the packet is greater than or equal to the threshold volume,
wherein the connection-based data transmission manner refers to a manner in which data transmission is performed only after all the following three conditions are met: (a) uplink synchronization is implemented by random access, (b) a radio resource control (RRC) connection is established, and (c) a radio bearer is established; and
wherein the connectionless data transmission manner refers to a manner in which data transmission is performed when less than all of the three conditions (a), (b) and (c) are met.

1. A device, comprising: at least one processor circuit configured to:receive a packet comprising a first tunnel identifier, the packet being addressed to a user equipment (UE);
identify a radio bearer associated with the first tunnel identifier of the received packet addressed to the user equipment, the radio bearer configured to facilitate transmission of the packet to the UE via cellular communications;
determine whether the radio bearer has been offloaded over at least a portion of a wireless local area network (WLAN); and
when the radio bearer has been offloaded over the at least the portion of the WLAN:
identify a second tunnel identifier mapped to the radio bearer; encapsulate the packet based on the second tunnel identifier, wherein the encapsulated packet comprises the second tunnel identifier; and
transmit the encapsulated packet to the UE over the at least the portion of the WLAN,
wherein the at least one processor circuit is configured to determine that the radio bearer has been offloaded over the at least the portion of the WLAN based at least in part on a mapping of a logical channel index (LCID) of the radio bearer to a security parameter index (SPI) of an Internet Protocol Security (IPSec) tunnel.

adjusting the low-to-high-delay time if the bridge node voltage does not equal the power converter input voltage at the end of the low-to-high-delay time; and
adjusting a switching frequency of the first and second switches so that an inductor current of an LC circuit in electrical communication with the bridge node raises the bridge voltage to the power converter input voltage during the low-to-high-delay time;
wherein said switching frequency defines a power conversion cycle of said switch-mode power converter, said first switch is in its closed state during a portion of the power conversion cycle, and said second switch is in its closed state during another portion of the same power conversion cycle.
