generating a segmentation map defining respective regions of a surface based on occupancy data that is collected by a mobile robot responsive to navigation of the surface, wherein the segmentation map comprises simplified boundaries relative to actual boundaries indicated by the occupancy data;
identifying sub-regions of at least one of the respective regions as non-clutter and clutter areas;
modifying the segmentation map comprising the simplified boundaries to indicate the clutter areas responsive to identification thereof;
computing a coverage pattern based on identification of the sub-regions, the coverage pattern indicating a sequence for navigation of the non-clutter and clutter areas;
and
providing the coverage pattern to the mobile robot,
wherein, responsive to the coverage pattern, the mobile robot sequentially navigates the non-clutter and clutter areas of the at least one of the respective regions of the surface in the sequence indicated by the coverage pattern.

1. A light-emitting device, comprising:a semiconductor structure, including a first conductivity layer, an active layer, and a second conductivity layer, the semiconductor structure having a bottom surface and a top surface;
a first electrode opposing the bottom surface and electrically connected to the first conductivity layer, the first electrode having a first sidewall;
a second electrode opposing the bottom surface and electrically connected to the second conductivity layer, the second electrode having a second sidewall facing the first sidewall;
a dielectric layer formed on at least one of the first sidewall and the second sidewall; and
a metal layer arranged to at least partially fill a gap between the first sidewall of the first electrode and the second sidewall of the second electrode, the metal layer being electrically insulated from at least one of the first sidewall and the second sidewall by the dielectric layer.

ii. a first heat exchanger adapted to receive said pressurized flue gas stream and thermic fluid and transfer heat from said pressurized flue gas stream to said thermic fluid to obtain heated thermic fluid and a cooled pressurized flue gas stream;
iii. an adsorber adapted to receive said cooled pressurized flue gas stream, fluidized cool and lean capture media and cooled lean capture media emerging from a third heat exchanger, said capture media adapted to adsorb CO2 to generate a rich capture media and a stream of flue gas devoid of CO2;
iv. a second heat exchanger adapted to receive said rich capture media and heat said rich capture media to near a predefined regeneration temperature, to obtain a heated rich capture media;
v. a desorber adapted to receive said heated rich capture media and further heat said heated rich capture media to desorb CO2 to generate a hot and lean capture media and CO2 gas;
vi. a thermic fluid circulating system adapted to circulate said thermic fluid through said first heat exchanger, said desorber and said second heat exchanger, said thermic fluid circulating system including a thermic fluid storage tank and a pump; and

1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:presenting, by a processor, an organizational chart within a window of a graphical user interface, the organizational chart including a plurality of nodes that each represent an employee within an organization as a tile within the window;
detecting, by the processor, a first user input on the graphical user interface that is representative of selecting a first node from the plurality of nodes;
querying, by the processor, a database storing hierarchical organization information to identify a first set of employees within the organization that are associated with the employee in the organization represented by the selected first node;
determining a number of employees in the first set of employees;
determining, by the processor, a matrix layout to be a vertical vector layout when the number of employees in the first set of employees is less than a predefined threshold in order to reduce horizontal scrolling to view the first set of employees;
determining the matrix layout to be a matrix layout other than the vertical vector layout when the number of employees in the first set of employees is greater than or equal to the predefined threshold;
generating, by the processor, a first matrix that represents the first set of employees, wherein the first matrix includes a set of tiles positioned according to the matrix layout, the set of tiles each being configured to represent an employee within the first set of employees;
presenting, by the processor, the first matrix with the plurality of nodes of the organizational chart; and
visually connecting, by the processor, the first matrix to the first node.

control the SMR disk to read the stripe corresponding to the first logical stripe identifier, modify data of the stripe read by the SMR disk by replacing previous data in the block with the new data, and control the SMR disk to write the modified data of the stripe in a next available stripe on the SMR disk;
update the metadata to replace the mapping of the virtual stripe identifier from the first logical stripe identifier to a second logical stripe identifier corresponding to the location of the next available stripe on the SMR disk; and
maintain an active write pool of available stripes for writing on the SMR disk and a migration pool of available stripes for writing on the SMR disk, said migration pool separate from said active write pool, such that write requests originating from a host system are serviced from the active write pool of available stripes, and such that write requests for a garbage collection procedure use stripes from the migration pool of available stripes for moving valid stripes from a depleted zone to one or more other zones such that moved valid stripes are collected in physical proximity to other moved valid stripes.
