1. A removal apparatus adapted for removing electronic components from a board body of a circuit board, said removal apparatus
comprising:
a main body;
a carrying device disposed on said main body, and including a holding module that is adapted for holding the circuit board
in such a manner that the circuit board is disposed upright and that said holding module holds two opposite lateral surfaces
of the circuit board;

a heating device disposed on said main body, being proximate to said carrying device, and adapted for heating up the circuit
board to melt bonding material that bonds the electronic components and the board body; and

a brush device disposed on said main body, being proximate to said carrying device, and including at least two brush bodies
that are made of heat-resistant material, that are respectively located at two opposite lateral sides of said circuit board,
and that are operable to respectively move relative to the opposite lateral surfaces of the circuit board to remove the electronic
components from the board body after the bonding material is melted.

1. A passive safety system of an integral nuclear reactor, the passive safety system comprising:
a containment;
a reactor installed inside the containment and filled therein with a reactor coolant;
a safety injection tank, filled therein with a first water and gas, the tank connected with the reactor through a first safety
injection line and configured to supply the first water into the reactor through the first safety injection line and the safety
injection line when a level of the reactor coolant in the reactor is lowered due to a loss of coolant accident;

a first pressure balance line interposed between the reactor and the safety injection tank, wherein one end of the first pressure
balance line is coupled with an upper portion of the reactor, and wherein the other end of the first pressure balance line
is coupled with an upper portion of the safety injection tank, inserted into the first water of the safety injection tank,
and provided with a plurality of perforating holes;

a core makeup tank filled therein with boric acid water, the core makeup tank connected with the reactor through a second
safety injection line and configured to supply the boric acid water into the reactor through the second safety injection line
when the level of the reactor coolant in the reactor is reduced upon the loss of coolant accident or a non-loss of coolant
accident; and

a passive residual heat removal system connected with a feedwater line and a steam line, which are connected with a steam
generator installed in the reactor to remove heat from the reactor upon the loss of coolant accident or the non-loss of coolant
accident.

wherein the driving power and carrier signal generation apparatus generates a carrier signal; the driving power and carrier
signal generation apparatus sends the carrier signal through the transmission line to the light emitting diode driving apparatuses;
each of the light emitting diode driving apparatuses receives the carrier signal from the transmission line and drives the
light emitting diodes according to the carrier signal,

wherein the light emitting diode driving apparatus comprises:
a power positive terminal electrically connected to the driving power and carrier signal generation apparatus;
a voltage regulator electrically connected to the power positive terminal;
a power negative terminal electrically connected to the voltage regulator;
a signal detector electrically connected to the power positive terminal;
an identification control logic circuit electrically connected to the voltage regulator, the power negative terminal and the
signal detector;

a counting and shift-registering circuit electrically connected to the voltage regulator, the power negative terminal and

attaching a cutting block to the mounting frame, the cutting block having a cutting guide defined therein,
resecting the proximal end of the tibia using the cutting guide to form a surgically-prepared surface,
removing the intramedullary orthopaedic surgical instrument from the medullary canal,
attaching the stem trial to a modular stem, and
securing the modular stem and the stem trial to the tibial base trial,
wherein inserting the intramedullary orthopaedic surgical instrument into the medullary canal includes reaming the proximal
end of the tibia with the surgical reamer, and

wherein positioning the tibial base trial on the surgically-prepared surface includes inserting the modular stem and the stem
trial into the medullary canal.

(a) retrieving a first global sequence number (GSN) and a first per-tunnel sequence number (PTSN) from a first received encapsulating
packet, wherein the first received encapsulating packet encapsulates a first encapsulated packet;

(b) forwarding the first encapsulated packet to the corresponding destination device immediately when the first GSN equals
to zero;

(c) determining a next expected global sequence number (NE-GSN);
(d) determining a next expected per tunnel sequence number (NE-PTSN);
(e) dequeuing first queued encapsulating packets from a queue in sequence when the first PSTN is not equal to NE-PTSN, wherein,
the first queued encapsulating packets have GSNs smaller than the first GSN;

(f) updating the NE-PTSN;
(g) forwarding the first encapsulated packet to a corresponding destination device when the first GSN is less than the NE-GSN;
(h) forwarding the first encapsulated packet to the corresponding destination device when the first GSN equals to the NE-GSN
and updating the NE-GSN;

(i) dequeuing a head packet from the queue if the GSN of the head packet is equal to the updated NE-GSN, wherein the head
packet is stored at the head of the queue;

(j) repeating step (i) when the GSN of head packet equals to the updated NE-GSN; and
(k) queuing the first received encapsulating packet in the queue when the first GSN is larger than the NE-GSN, wherein the
position of first received encapsulating packet in the queue is according to the first GSN;

wherein the first received encapsulating packet is received through a first virtual tunnel, wherein the first virtual tunnel
is comprised in the plurality of virtual tunnels;

wherein each of the virtual tunnels are assigned with a respective weight value based on bandwidth properties of the tunnels;
wherein packet traffic is distributed among the plurality of virtual tunnels based, at least in part on a distribution weight
value for the first virtual tunnel; and

wherein the distribution weight value is based, at least in part, on a modified respective weight value for the first virtual
tunnel.
