a classifier and the pending image to determine a pending parameter;

(g) when the pending parameter is larger than the threshold corresponding to the classifier, classifying the pending image
into the class corresponding to the classifier; and

(h) when the pending parameter lies in the parameter ranges, classifying the pending image into the classes corresponding

1. A printed wiring board, comprising:
an outermost resin insulation layer having a first surface and a second surface on an opposite side with respect to the first
surface; and

a plurality of conducting structures formed in the outermost resin insulation layer such that the plurality of conducting
structures is positioned in an electronic component mounting region of the outermost resin insulation layer,

wherein each of the conducting structures is formed in an opening formed in the outermost resin insulation layer such that
each of the conducting structures extends from the first surface to the second surface of the outermost resin insulation layer,
each of the conducting structures comprises a pad comprising copper on a first surface side of the outermost resin insulation
layer, a conductive circuit formed on the second surface of the outermost resin insulation layer and a via conductor connecting
the pad and the conductive circuit, the pad comprises an embedded portion embedded in the outermost resin insulation layer
and a protruding portion protruding from the embedded portion beyond the first surface of the outermost resin insulation layer,
the embedded portion has an external shape which is greater than an external shape of the protruding portion such that the
embedded portion has an upper surface recessed from the first surface of the outermost resin insulating layer, and each of
the conducting structures comprises a plated-film formed on a surface of the protruding portion and the upper surface of the
embedded portion and has a thickness such that when a solder bump is reflowed on the pad, the plated-film is fused into the
solder bump and the solder bump is formed directly on the pad.

1. A method performed by a first user equipment (UE) for modifying a device-to-device (D2D) communication session with a second

locally producing a change determination that a resource allocation between the first user equipment and the second user equipment
should be changed;

sending one or more D2D uplink frames to the second UE;
sending a first timeslot assignment (TA) message arranged to indicate to the second UE a transmission window for consecutive
D2D frames, wherein the transmission window includes consecutive uplink frames and downlink frames to be communicated between
the first UE and the second UE;

receiving one or more D2D downlink frames from the second UE; and
sending a second TA message to the second UE to dynamically re-allocate the number of D2D frames between the first UE and
the second UE;

wherein the change determination is produced based on an assessment of uplink D2D and downlink D2D asymmetry in an ongoing
D2D session, and wherein the second TA message includes an indication of change in ratio of uplink and downlink frames to
correspond to the uplink D2D and downlink D2D asymmetry.

the scalar mode configuration into a left half and a right half of the vector mode configuration through a formulaic relationship
between an output string width, a number of fine shift multiplexers, a number of inputs per fine shift multiplexer, and a
number of coarse shift multiplexers of a normalizer circuit, wherein the left half of the vector mode configuration receives
a left control signal to independently control select signals left of the split, and the right half of the vector mode configuration
receives a right control signal to independently control select signals right of the split.
