determine an estimated temperature value of the failed heat source temperature sensor to be the corresponding predetermined
temperature value in the record; and

calculate a rotational frequency of a cooling fan which rotates in the housing, based on the estimated temperature value of
the failed heat source temperature sensor and the measured values generated by the heat source temperature sensors not in
failure.

wherein when a received packet meets the indication of blocking the packet in the filtering rule, the filter unit discards the packet and notifies the prefix management unit of the source IP address of the discarded packet,
wherein, based on the data, the prefix management unit determines that the prefix included in the notified source IP address is a prefix unusable and to be deleted,
wherein the indication of blocking the packet in the filtering rule is that the received packet includes, in the source IP address, the prefix which is not distributed to the node by the router device, and

wherein the predetermined area is an area excluding a display area and function securement areas, the display area being an area in which the touch panel display is provided, each of the function securement areas being required to partially expose at least one of the plurality of housed apparatuses to the front surface of the housing so that the at least one of the plurality of housed apparatuses is capable of implementing its function,
