1. A flexographic printer, comprising:a printing plate which transfers ink at an ink transfer site to an object to be printed;
an anilox roll which supplies ink to the printing plate at an ink supply site;
a plate cylinder around which the printing plate is wound and rotated;
an ink solvent supply unit which supplies a solvent for ink to the surface of the printing plate in a post-ink transfer region which is a downstream of the ink transfer site in a rotation direction of the plate cylinder and an upstream of the ink supply site in the rotation direction of the plate cylinder; and
a guide which covers the post-ink transfer region from the outside of the plate cylinder and guides the solvent for ink supplied by the ink solvent supply unit to the surface of the printing plate without covering a pre-ink transfer region which is downstream of the ink supply site in the rotation direction of the plate cylinder and upstream of the ink transfer site in the rotation direction of the plate cylinder.

1. A sheet feeder, comprising:a plurality of wheels which are repeatedly operated and stopped and feed a lowermost sheet among stacked sheets to a sheet processing section during an operation;
a grate which separates the lowermost sheet from the respective wheels at a raised position and causes the lowermost sheet to come into contact with the respective wheels at a lower position; and
a drive device which raises and lowers the grate in cooperation with operation of the respective wheels,
wherein the drive device includes
a link mechanism which movably supports the grate,
a spring which engages with any link of the link mechanism and urges the grate to the lowered position,
a grate raising/lowering cam which has a cam surface which can abut on any link of the link mechanism and periodically raises and lowers the grate to the raised position when the respective wheels stop and to the lowered position when the respective wheels are operated,
a skip feed cam which has a cam surface which can abut on any link of the link mechanism, is driven by an electric motor separately from a drive system of the grate raising/lowering cam, is operated at the time of a skip feed mode, and maintains the grate at the raised position at the timing becoming a phase where the grate raising/lowering cam does not position the grate at the raised position so as to skip-feeds the lowermost sheet, and
control means for stopping the skip feed cam in a state where the cam surface is separated from a link of the link mechanism at the time of a normal mode and operating the skip feed cam at the time of the skip feed mode.

1. An accelerating cavity comprising:a housing having an inner peripheral surface in a tubular shape and conductivity on a surface; and
a plurality of cells provided inside the housing and each made of a dielectric including, at a central part, an opening through which a charged particle passes, wherein
the housing includes a barrel portion having a tubular shape and end plates installed at both ends of the barrel portion, the plurality of cells are disposed in a range extending from the end plate on one end side of the housing to the end plate on the other end side, and
each cell includes:
a cylindrical barrel portion having a diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the barrel portion of the housing; and
a plate portion provided inside of the cylindrical barrel portion to be fixed to the cylindrical barrel portion, and disposed such that a plate surface is orthogonal to a passing axis of the charged particle, and provided with the opening.
