1. A method for processing, by an access point (AP), uplink (UL) signals in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system, the
method comprising:
receiving a request to send (RTS) frame from a first station (STA) among a plurality of STAs;
transmitting an UL spacetime division multiple access (SDMA) control frame to the first STA,
wherein the UL SDMA control frame includes a second group identifier (ID) of a second group to which a second STA that will
be allowed to perform UL multi-user (MU) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) transmission belongs, among first group IDs
of first groups to which the first STA belongs;

transmitting a group ID management frame to the first STA and the second STA, wherein the group ID management frame indicates
locations of spatial streams to be used by the first STA and the second STA in the second group,

wherein the group ID management frame includes a membership field for each of the first groups and a preamble sequence field
for each of the first groups;

receiving a first UL signal from the first STA and a second UL signal from the second STA,
wherein the first UL signal and the second UL signal are transmitted simultaneously by using a constant amplitude zero auto-correlation
(CAZAC) sequence which is used as a training sequence, wherein different training sequences are used for the first UL signal
and the second UL signal; and

using a wire;

(3) introducing a first polymer for forming the protrusions of the substrate into a predetermined portion of the aluminum
mold, semi-curing the first polymer, introducing a second polymer having lower hardness than the first polymer into a remaining
portion of the aluminum mold, and curing the second polymer, thus forming a three-dimensional stretchable substrate having
the wire in the aluminum mold;

(4) removing the wire from the path for the connection line formed in the three-dimensional stretchable substrate and the
three-dimensional stretchable substrate from the aluminum mold;

(5) injecting a liquid metal into the path for a connection line from which the wire was removed, thus manufacturing a three-dimensional
stretchable substrate having a connection line; and

(6) transferring elements to the protrusions of the three-dimensional stretchable substrate having the connection line and
connecting the elements to the connection line, thus connecting the elements to each other.

the plasma ions are vertically introduced into the conductive reflector and collide with the conductive reflector, so that
the plasma ions are converted into neutral particles,

the neutral particles are supplied to the gas blocking layer formed on the target object, and
the gas blocking layer contains at least one of an inorganic thin film which is formed on the target object by depositing
the target materials sputtered from the sputtering target of the common sputtering devices and the neutral particle beam generated
by the neutral particle generation unit, and at least one of an organic thin film which is formed on the target object by
depositing an organic source gas introduced into the vacuum chamber through the chemical vapor deposition process.
