wherein the LED light strip includes at least a first pad connected to the filtering circuit, and at least a through hole

level and conduct the switch when the detection signal is lower than a low determination level and higher than a high determination

current value according to a voltage output by the filtering circuit; and

wherein, the LED tube lamp further includes an over voltage protection circuit coupled to the filtering circuit for detecting
a filtered signal, and the over voltage protection circuit is configured to clamp the filtered signal when determining the
filtered signal is higher than a defined over voltage protection value.

when the input external driving signal has a state that would cause an overcurrent condition, the control circuit is triggered by the detected state of the signal at the connection node to output a signal to the control terminal to turn on or conduct the switching circuit, wherein the conducting state of the switching circuit eventually discontinues a current conduction through the LED unit.

when the LED tube lamp is properly installed on the lamp socket, the installation detection circuit controls the switch circuit to remain in a conducting state so that the driving circuit receives the rectified signal and drives the LED module, thus causing the power loop of the LED tube lamp to maintain a conducting state.

when both ends of the LED tube lamp are electrically connected to an external power source and the foreign external impedance is not electrically connected to the LED tube lamp, the first circuit enables the driving circuit so as to not limit the generation of the driving current in order to allow the LED module to emitting light based on the driving current.

a second diode, having an anode connected to the first detection terminal, and a cathode connected to another one of the external connection terminals;
a third diode, having an anode connected to the one of the external connection terminals, and a cathode connected to the filtering circuit; and
