(f) connecting an extension shaft to said first shaft;
(g) placing a cylindrical sleeve coupling, having two axially opposed low-friction seats, over said second end of said first

said other low-friction seat of said sleeve coupling, wherein said sleeve coupling is operable to rotate relative to said
first sleeve and said extension sleeve; and

(i) placing said driving assembly on said extension shaft with said low-friction drive seat abutting a second end of said

said outer face of said cover is flush with said outer face of said frame to a second extended position where said cover is
spaced upwardly with respect to said frame, wherein said cover is not able to pivot when said cover is in the first closed
position and is able to pivot when said cover is in said second position;

1. A light emitting diode (LED) lighting system comprising:
a first LED array having one or more LED devices;
a second LED array having one or more LED devices;
a single throw circuit interrupter configured to receive power from a power source; and
a power conversion circuit configured to convert an input power received via the single throw circuit interrupter to an output
power for the first LED array and the second LED array;

wherein the power conversion circuit is configured to control a power distribution ratio between the first LED array and the
second LED array based at least in part on a detected toggle input implemented using the single throw circuit interrupter.
