wherein the storage tank comprises a sloped floor that is sloped from a longitudinal edge to the longitudinal centerline,
and the first plurality of heat exchanger supports that support the central fluid conduit are longer than the second plurality
of heat exchanger supports that support the plurality of heat exchanger extension arms.

a pre-heater that is in fluid connection with the housing, wherein the pre-heater exchanges heat with the inductive coil and uses the heat to pre-heat the entrance pipe.
