1. A system for neutralizing an active shooter, the system comprising:a plurality of flying drones, each drone having a wireless transmitter;
a single base station operable by a single human operator, the single base station having a wireless transmitter, the wireless transmitter of the single base station in wireless communication with the wireless transmitters of the flying drones for transmitting data between the flying drones and the single base station and the single human operator controls at least one but not all of the plurality of flying drones while the remaining one of the plurality of flying drones follow the controlled ones of the plurality of flying drones;
a plurality of stationary ground sensors in communication with the wireless transmitters of the flying drones for communicating data from the sensor to the base station or in communication with the single base station for communicating data to the wireless transmitters of the plurality of flying drones; and
a plurality of offensive mechanisms, one offensive mechanism attached to each of the flying drones, the offensive mechanisms activatable to neutralize the active shooter.
