station functionalities,

wherein said dynamic cell setup is effected by initiating a first hand-over between a first of the two base station functionalities
to a second thereof; effecting the dynamic cell setup on the first base station functionality, then initiating a second hand-over
between the second of the two base station functionalities to the first thereof and effecting the dynamic cell setup on the
second base station functionality,

and wherein said first and second base station functionalities operate at first and second output powers respectively and
wherein initiating the first hand-over comprises increasing a current level of the second output power of the second base
station functionality and substantially simultaneously reducing the first output power of the first base station functionality
to a reduced first output power level far enough below the second output power of the second base station functionality, to
trigger hand-over from the first base station functionality to the second base station functionality.

associated with digital-to-analog units of the other communication units,

a second number of summation modules configured to receive the first number of multiplied analog signals from said multipliers
and generate a second number of summed analog signals;

a second number of analog to digital converters configured to receive said summed analog signals and generate a second number
of summed digital signals;

a divider module configured to receive said second number of summed digital signals and divide them into a first number of
digitally divided signals each corresponding to a respective array antenna element analog signal of an antenna element of
said array of antenna elements; and

a codes generator digital module configured to generate said first number of different code digital signals each characterized
by a second unique code,

wherein said second number of summed digital signals are capable of being fed to a digital processor being configured to utilize
said second unique code for generating a processed signal of said array antenna,

wherein said second number of analog to digital converters falls in the range of 1 to less than said first number of antenna
elements.

and wherein said quality grade results include:
at least SNR measurements and
statistical information indicating whether or not SNR measurements are changing,
wherein said statistical information also includes at least one expected value for said SNR measurements,
and wherein whether or not a standard deviation of SNR is too large to be acceptable depends at least on how high is the expected
value.

modifying the sequences of samples to generate, for each receiver and for each potential location in the grid, data indicative of an estimated sequence of samples likely to be received by the receiver over a plurality of times, the modifying based on a distance and a direction from the receiver to the potential location and a corresponding line of sight propagation of a signal transmitted from the potential location;
generating, for each given potential location in the grid, a matrix corresponding to the given potential location and associating each receiver with the estimated sequence of samples generated for the receiver for the corresponding location in the grid; and
comparing the matrices corresponding to different potential locations to identify the matrix corresponding to potential location with the highest likelihood of real location of the transmitting source.

a second application processor adapted for processing a second type of data and selectively connected to said Modem-AP switch;
at least two modems selectively connected to said Modem-AP switch, each of said modems communicating with a respective antenna; and
a Controller module coupled to said Modem-AP switch and being configured to:
detect whether received data is said first type of data or said second type of data; and
select a processing route having one of the two application processors that matches the detected type of data, said selection comprising:
in response to receipt of data of said first type of data received in said Modem-AP switch as received at one of said modems through an associated antenna, commanding said Modem-AP switch to select a first processing route wherein said first application processor is switched to connect to said modem and to its associated antenna, and said second application processor is not in said first processing route; and
in response to receipt of data of said second type of data received in said Modem-AP switch as received at one of said modems through an associated antenna, commanding said Modem-AP switch to select a second processing route wherein said second application processor is switched to connect to said modem and to its associated antenna, and said first application processor is not in said second processing route.
