the pumping unit is coupled to the cooling unit via the second surface and the first surface of the cover such that the third longitudinal opening is in fluid communication with the first longitudinal opening and the fourth longitudinal opening is in fluid communication with the second longitudinal opening, and
the pumping unit is configured to output a low temperature fluid to the cooling unit and receive a high temperature fluid from the cooling unit; and
a sealing element disposed between the cooling unit and the pumping unit, wherein the sealing element surrounds the first, second, third, and fourth longitudinal openings.
